"Buddstone is a metamorphic rock, a green variety of Grossular Garnet. It is found only in South Africa. Its rich green coloration comes from inclusions of Fuchsite, Epidot and/or Chlorite. Buddstone resonates strongly at the heart chakra, and its currents then extend out from there–downwards like roots, and upward like leaves and branches of energy. When invited into oneself, Buddstone’s currents move through one’s subtle body, reaching for the Earth below and the Light above.
